Data Use
This notice applies to project enquiry information submitted through the Shanghai Rentian Packaging Machinery website.
Information collected
The website collects only information supplied by the visitor, including company, contact person, phone number or email address, product, package format, weight, speed and additional project details.
Purpose
Information is used to respond to equipment enquiries, machine selection, product trials, after-sales support and spare-parts requests. Visitor information is not sold.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website database and are available only to designated company personnel. When WeCom notifications are enabled, key enquiry details are sent to a designated internal WeCom group.
Abuse prevention
To reduce automated submissions and unusually frequent requests, the system temporarily processes a network source identifier and stores only an irreversible digest for rate limiting. The visitor's original network address is not stored in the enquiry record.
